Privacy notice
This notice covers the TOCS website, booking checkout and related payment communications.

TOCS Health Hub is responsible for the information it collects through this website. This page is written as a practical notice, not as a waiver of rights that may apply to you.
Depending on how you use the site, TOCS may handle:
The website checkout does not ask for a mobile-money PIN. Do not put a PIN, password, card number, medical result or other unnecessary sensitive information in the notes field.
TOCS shares only the information needed for the relevant task with service providers that support the website, database, email and payment flow. For a mobile-money payment, this includes Hubtel and the mobile-money provider you select. Their own privacy terms may also apply to information they process.
If you choose to contact TOCS by WhatsApp, phone or email, that communication is also handled by the provider of that service. Some providers may process information outside Ghana.
The site stores your selected packages and collection choice in your browser so your cart remains available. During checkout, it also uses session storage to recover a pending payment and show the last completed order in that browser session. Session data normally ends when the browser session is closed; cart data remains until it is cleared by you or the browser.
These are functional storage items, not advertising cookies. TOCS does not currently run advertising trackers through this checkout.
TOCS keeps information only while it is needed for the purposes above and for any record-keeping requirement that applies. Retention varies by record type, payment or complaint status, and applicable obligations. TOCS reviews records for deletion or anonymisation when they are no longer reasonably needed and does not promise one automatic deletion date for every record.
You may ask about a record or request deletion through the contact route below. TOCS will review the request and explain if information must still be kept for a payment, dispute, security or other record-keeping reason.
TOCS uses measures designed to protect checkout information, including request validation, access controls and encryption of stored order details. No system is completely risk-free. If you believe information connected to your booking has been exposed or misused, contact TOCS promptly and include only the booking reference needed to investigate.
You can ask TOCS for information about how your submitted details are being used, or ask for a correction or deletion. A request may require identity or booking verification so information is not disclosed to the wrong person.
Use the TOCS contact page and include your order reference if the question concerns a payment. Never send your mobile-money PIN.
Contact TOCS with your booking reference and a short description of your request. Do not include a mobile-money PIN or unnecessary medical details.
